It thrives in full sun to part shade, prefers well-drained soil, and is drought-tolerant once established, making it an excellent choice for hanging baskets, containers, rock gardens, and as a ground cover in warmer climates (zones 9-11) where it can be grown as a tender perennial, or as an annual elsewhere.
