Tropical Plants: In cases where the weather is below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, orders containing tropical plants will be shipped with heat packs to protect them from cold temperatures, or we will hold your order until conditions improve to ensure your plants arrive healthy and safe. We will notify you if there will be a delay in the shipping of your tropical plants.

Conifer and Deciduous Plants: Conifer and deciduous orders are shipped year-round, regardless of the weather conditions. These hardy plants are well-suited for shipping and can withstand a variety of temperatures.

International Shipping: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our services to international customers in the future.
